Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM systems during night shift hours
- Present product solutions to Chicago-area businesses, driving B2B sales cycles
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped bonus incentives
- Maintain accurate client data and sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Georgia-based team on strategy and market insights
- Attend virtual training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Document client interactions and sales activities in CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (5 PM - 1 AM CT)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
