Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Exceed monthly sales targets for B2B clients in Michigan and Pennsylvania markets
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and pipeline data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate pricing agreements
- Attend mandatory night shift training sessions (10 PM - 6 AM)
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
