Responsibilities
- Execute targeted prospecting and client acquisition during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through strategic in-person and virtual meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless client handovers and opportunity sharing
- Present customized solutions to commercial and industrial clients across North Florida
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in cold calling and territory development
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Florida business license or willingness to obtain immediately
