Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach during evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build rapport with prospects using consultative selling techniques tailored to B2B technology solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining detailed activity logs in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs and account management
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions on product updates and sales methodologies
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven ability to close deals during non-traditional hours (evening/night shift)
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in remote team environments
