Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to qualified enterprise prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Develop tailored solutions presentations aligned with client pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through persistent follow-up
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
