Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and lead generation
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise on our technology portfolio
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
