Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly revenue targets using Salesforce and CRM tools
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively solve client challenges
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reports
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and self-manage night shift schedule
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise technology
