Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets
- Present product solutions and handle objections using consultative sales techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Track performance metrics and optimize sales processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote setting
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per night shift
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client meetings)
- Must be available Monday-Friday 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PST
