Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and CRM prospecting
- Manage sales pipeline from lead qualification to close using Salesforce
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in quarterly sales training and strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
