Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound/outbound leads during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through consultative selling of enterprise software solutions
- Manage CRM pipeline with Salesforce and conduct strategic follow-up campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and product demos
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in key verticals
- Maintain 95%+ call quality metrics and client satisfaction scores
- Participate in bi-weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Availability to work full night shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
