Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls and emails.
Manage and nurture customer relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot.
Identify and overcome client objections to secure new business deals.
Collaborate closely with team leads to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high retention rates.
Update prospect data and accurately track sales pipeline metrics.
Participate in daily training and sales strategy meetings.

Qualifications
1+ years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and professional integrity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
