Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Execute consultative sales presentations to enterprise-level clients
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission structure
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Comfortable working night shift (7 PM - 4 AM CT)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and objection resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
