Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to identify solutions that drive value for clients.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Close deals over the phone and email, maintaining a high win rate.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to work in a quota-carrying role with a track record of success.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High level of self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
