Responsibilities
- Execute in-store product demonstrations and sales presentations to drive conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-up and CRM management
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities and cross-selling complementary products
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute localized promotional campaigns
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across our full inventory catalog
- Analyze local market trends to inform sales strategies and inventory decisions
- Train junior associates on sales methodologies and customer engagement techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
