- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 85%+ call conversion rates
- Develop customized solutions for diverse client needs across multiple industries
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and account continuity
- Attend mandatory 8 PM - 10 PM MST weekly sales strategy sessions
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in real-time
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- College degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
