Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted phone outreach, email campaigns, and digital channels
- Build rapport with potential clients while presenting tailored solutions to their unique needs
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics consistently
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
