Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to enterprise accounts across North America
- Build and execute personalized sales strategies using our Salesforce-powered CRM platform
- Present customized solutions to technical buyers and C-suite executives
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with 20%+ growth quarter-over-quarter
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead qualification processes
- Document all sales activities in compliance with SOX regulations
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environments
- Experience with value-based selling methodologies
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM EST shifts (Monday-Friday)
