Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to B2B clients and close sales transactions
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call efficiency
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs: 50+ calls/day, 10+ demos/week
Qualifications
- 1+ years B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience required)
- Comfortable with night shift schedule and independent work
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Resilient mindset to handle rejection and maintain motivation
