Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM during night shift hours
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for SaaS solutions targeting US businesses
- Build rapport and close deals with C-level decision-makers
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Attend weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Report on KPIs including conversion rates and pipeline growth
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone demeanor
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent night shift environment
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
