Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and digital outreach during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and forecast sales pipeline
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-centric mindset
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
