Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Build relationships with enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with day-team for seamless client handoffs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with precision
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly revenue forecasting meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota attainment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Ability to thrive in independent, self-directed work environment
- Strong time management with proven multitasking capabilities
- Comfortable working 7 PM - 3 AM Central Time
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (occasional client meetings)
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
