Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact sales strategies to acquire new clients in the local Portland market.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to articulate value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report sales activities daily using our CRM system to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory for local client visits.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client schedules.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
