Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to generate new business and support existing accounts.
- Qualify leads accurately and identify customer needs to recommend the best solutions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipeline data.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
