Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Utilize cutting-edge data tools to identify new business opportunities and conduct outbound calls to qualified leads.
- Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals that resonate with prospective clients' pain points.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring seamless communication between sales and marketing teams.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable market feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine our offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in Inside Sales or B2B sales environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
