Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Effectively demonstrate products and services to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer interaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute local community marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
