Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and in-person to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
