Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (Detroit Metro & Western PA)
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business with enterprise clients
- Conduct on-site client meetings, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong familiarity with Detroit and Western Pennsylvania markets
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time (overnight stays required)
