Responsibilities
- Drive local sales growth by engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition clearly to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of local businesses and residents.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
