Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business leads in the local and regional markets.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Regularly report sales activity and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Travel to client sites and industry conferences to represent the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict sales targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
