Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads within the Charlotte metropolitan area to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage customer accounts by providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Track sales activities, update CRM systems accurately, and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on local sales strategies and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local client visits.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Must be a local resident of the Charlotte, NC area.
