Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product demonstrations to enterprise clients
- Close deals while maintaining 15-20 weekly sales cycle velocity
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (120%+ quota achievement)
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record hitting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with phone/video proficiency
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
