Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored product solutions
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-up and exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and store performance goals
- Participate in product knowledge training to confidently represent our premium offerings
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail or direct sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
