Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Customer Acquisition: Present our products/services with enthusiasm, overcoming objections and closing deals to meet daily and weekly quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and repeat business.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system, logging interactions and follow-ups.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to exceed targets.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly huddles and training sessions to refine skills and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
