Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for local business clients in San Diego and Virginia markets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Conduct 40-50 high-impact calls per weekend shift with qualified leads
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction rate
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and quarterly sales reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with weekend shift availability
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in B2B environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling techniques
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits in Virginia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of San Diego and Virginia regional markets highly desirable
