Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities accurately

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
