Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling and email campaigns
- Nurture leads using Salesforce CRM to maintain 100+ pipeline weekly
- Present product solutions via virtual demos to qualified prospects
- Close 5-7 deals monthly exceeding $10K in average deal size
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
- Document all activities in CRM with 95%+ data accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
