Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) for our enterprise SaaS platform
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and pain points
- Present customized solutions and close deals while achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in weekend team training and quarterly sales contests
- Represent our brand with professionalism and technical expertise
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong time management and self-motivation for weekend shift success
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferred
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
