Responsibilities

- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Present product demonstrations to potential clients and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategic sales initiatives
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
- Analyze sales metrics and optimize strategies for maximum conversion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($100K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
