Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Develop deep product knowledge to address complex client needs
- Document all interactions and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Weekend shift availability with flexibility for occasional weekdays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
