Responsibilities
- Execute weekend sales outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate qualified leads
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients in the maritime and defense sectors
- Collaborate with weekday sales team to ensure seamless account continuity
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call volume
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and market trends
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with the regional sales director
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of complex deal closure
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication standards
- Excellent verbal/written communication with polished professional demeanor
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-3pm)
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional client site visits
