Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify and convert inbound leads into enterprise clients
- Develop personalized sales strategies using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Execute 50+ daily outbound calls to high-potential prospects
- Present product demos highlighting ROI and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in our sales dashboard
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with track record of quota attainment
- Expertise in consultative selling and objection handling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong data literacy and pipeline management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours (including some evenings)
- BA/BS or equivalent sales certifications preferred
