Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and succeed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
