Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation campaigns.
- Engage with qualified leads via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate value propositions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close new business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (BDR/SDR experience a plus).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Must be reliable and available for weekly pay cycles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional field events (if applicable).
