Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through CRM platforms and cold outreach
- Build relationships with B2B clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present product solutions and close deals within assigned territories
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
