Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, identifying their specific needs.
- Close deals over the phone and maintain high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Update and manage customer data within our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
