Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track activity and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn based on performance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation (if required for local networking events).
