Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads to determine their needs and match them with our industry-leading products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer records accurately.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections effectively to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all client interactions and provide feedback to management on market trends.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation (if required for occasional team events, though the role is primarily desk-based).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
