Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads using a variety of channels including cold calling, email, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
