Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsells.
- Present product demonstrations and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Accurately enter sales data and activity into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
