Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM database (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect information.
- Present product demos and handle objections effectively via phone and video.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (relocation support provided).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals.
